Defective returns: Full refund or replacement, free pre-paid shipping label provided.

  • Cancel if order status is "unfulfilled" — full refund before shipment.
  • If already shipped, follow standard return process after delivery.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours of payment may incur a $50 processing fee.

  • Free from defects in materials & workmanship for 1 year from purchase.
  • Repair or replacement at our discretion, including labor & parts.
  • Warranty excludes: misuse, physical damage, unauthorized modifications.
